Sport Without Barriers

At LT Inclusion Events, our mission is to deliver inclusive sport, education, and recreational programmes that remove barriers to participation for adaptive athletes, SEN children, and mixed-ability communities.

We are committed to providing high-quality coaching in padel, tennis, and basketball, ensuring every participant has the opportunity to:

  • Develop skills and confidence

  • Improve physical and mental wellbeing

  • Access structured and professional sport provision

Through our work, we aim to create environments where inclusion is the standard, not the exception—supporting participants at every stage, from first experience to performance pathways.

oUR FOUNDER’S

LOUIS TELFORD

Louis Telford is a professional wheelchair basketball player and elite wheelchair padel athlete, bringing first-hand experience of competing in adaptive and para sport.

His journey has shaped a deep understanding of:

  • The importance of access to inclusive sport

  • The need for high-quality, structured coaching

  • The impact sport can have on confidence and independence

Through LT Inclusion Events, Louis leads the delivery of professional, inclusive programmes in padel, tennis, and basketball, designed to support SEN participants, adaptive athletes, and mixed-ability groups.

LUCY STANISTREET

is the operational force behind LT Inclusion Events, combining over 20 years of business and consulting experience with a passion for building inclusive, impactful programmes.

A self-confessed padel addict, Lucy works behind the scenes to bring Louis’ vision for LT Inclusion Events to life—supporting the growth, structure, and project delivery of the organisation.

Lucy believes in:

  • The power of sport to create opportunity for all

  • The role of sport in building confidence, focus, and supporting mental wellbeing

With a personal connection to inclusion—having grown up with a father who was an amputee, and living with ADHD— she brings a deep, authentic understanding of the challenges individuals can face, and the transformative impact that sport can have.

Through LT Inclusion Events, Louis and Lucy ensure that every programme is professionally delivered, sustainably built, and aligned with the mission of creating sport without barriers.
